SATURDAY MAY 7, 2011- BIRDMAN A concert by Nancy Roppolo and Jodi James!    Music begins at 7:00 There will be a $6 cover charge (to the musicians) for this special listening concert,  I won’t even make any noisy drinks until the intermission! We all love our good friend Nancy, and for those of you who didn’t hear Jodi when she sat in with the Blue Monday musicians, she is really fantastic! Happenings this weekend and next.   Saturday – April 30th   The St. Francisville Spring Stroll & Garden Tour – 10:00am-2:00pm  Tickets are $10.00.  On tour are: Imahara’s Southern Garden, Norman & Beth Ferachi,  Billy & Emily Honeycutt, Connie Odom, Wild Bunch Farm and Jim & Pat Veach. Lagniappe Spots open until 5:00pm – Rosedown Plantation Grounds, Grace Church Cemetery, Afton Villa Gardens, and Oakley Plantation/Audubon State Historic Site.  For more information Call 225 635-3614.   Sunday-May 8th – Mother’s Day   Special Hours for Restaurants: Audubon Café will be closed,  Birdman will be open from 8am-5pm, Carriage House will have regular hours, East Dragon will be closed, Eight Sisters will be open from 11am-6pm, Elm Park will be closed, Feliciana Seafood will have regular hours, Magnolia Café open from 10am-4pm, Oxbow will be open from 11am-2pm, Que Pasa will be closed, Sonny’s Pizza will have regular hours, South of the Border will be open from 11am-3pm, The Bluffs Restaurant will be open for reservations only 11am-3pm, Wing It Grill will be closed and The St. Francisville Inn and Wine Parlor will be closed (Yeah Kellen is graduating).   Shops that will be closed are Backwoods Gallery and Harrington Gallery all other stores will be open. Happenings Easter Weekend

Wanted to send a special Happenings for Easter Weekend. 


OVERNIGHT ACCOMMODATIONS

All of our businesses are open Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights for overnight guests except for Greenwood Plantation B&B, they will be open for overnight guests on Friday night.

ATTRACTIONS

Greenwood Plantation and The Cottage Plantation will not be offering house tours on Easter Sunday.
Angola Museum will be closed on Easter Sunday.


SHOPPING

St. Francis Arts & Antiques and The Shanty Too will be open on Easter Sunday.
